How we calculate this
Lost Revenue / Output: Based on a revenue-per-employee multiplier typical for the freight & logistics sector. Revenue-generating roles (sales, BDM) use a higher multiplier.

Overtime & Temp Costs: Estimates the extra hours and agency costs needed to cover the vacant role's workload across your existing team. Includes 12% employer superannuation on overtime (rising to 12.5% from 1 July 2026).
